David C. Wood left us too soon on January 30. He was born on June 28th, 1963 and was the first of four boys born to, Clarence David Wood and Bonnie Evans Wood. David had a huge personality, was quick witted and loved to share endless stories, anecdotes and insights on all subjects (even when not asked). He was a proud Denver Broncos fan, a music lover and a friend to all he met. Not to mention the closest of friendships he had with his 3 little brothers; Jim, Paul and Gary. He was also a loving, caring husband and partner to his wife of 20 years, Gail Elaine Wood (and a HUGE CHALLENGE)!!!
David would encourage all to celebrate his life. Friends and family attending the services, he would love if you were casually dressed and wearing your favorite t-shirt rock & roll, sports or otherwise to enjoy the open mic we will have for you to share your stories with all he loved.
Services will be Friday February 6, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Valley View Funeral Home, 4335 W. 4100 S. Visitation will be Thursday from 6-8 pm and Friday from 1-1:45 pm. www.valleyviewfuneral.com
