Debra Elaine Midthun

Debra Elaine Midthun was born September 30, 1969, in Sacramento, CA. She was the youngest of three children born to Elmer and Cynthia Midthun. Debbie was a special baby. She was full of surprises and had lots of personality. Debbie sparkled on family trips and loved everything Disney. She was the definition of a girly girl, lots pink and frills. Her favorite music artist was Michael Jackson. Her favorite movie was “Annie” and she had a lifelong crush on Gopher from the tv series "The Love Boat." At the age of 10, Debbie took piano lessons and with the love of Michael Jackson music, earned the nickname of "Dancing Debbie." Debbie loved animals and had the company of cats, guinea pigs and dogs.

Debbie's favorite hobbies were jigsaw puzzles, coloring, and playing with her Barbie and doll collection.

She is survived by her siblings, Diana and David.

Debbie was our Princess and we will miss her greatly.

A viewing will be held on February 12, 2026 from 11 AM to 12 PM with a graveside service to follow at Valley View Memorial Park and Funeral Home located at 4335 W. 4100 S. West Valley City, UT 84120.
