Donald G Wilkinson

1925~2014

Our beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather and Uncle passed away Thursday, April 3, 2014 at his home in Taylorsville, Utah. Don was born in Annabella, Utah to James M. Wilkinson and Sarah Orilla Dickinson on May 20, 1925. He was the 8th child of 9 children. He Served in the Navy during WWII. He married Donna Mae Bird on March 31, 1944 and had three children together. After her passing he married Yester Kesajikian on August 4, 1979. He is survived by his loving wife Yester Kesajikian Wilkinson, His son John G. Wilkinson (Kathleen), daughter Lila Johnson, 12 grandchildren, 25 Great grandchildren and 1 great, great grandchild. Preceded in death by his first wife Donna Mae Bird, youngest son Dee L. Wilkinson and 2 step-daughters; Marianne and Juanita. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. A viewing will be held Monday at Valley View Funeral Home, 801-969-1081, 4335 west 4100 south, WVC, UT from 6-8pm. Services will be held Tuesday at the LDS Church Bldg. on 3495 West 4850 South, Taylorsville, UT at 11-12pm. There will be a viewing before the services beginning 10-11am. Interment at Valley View Memorial Park, 4335 west 4100 south. A special thanks to the OneCare Home Health & Hospice staff for making Don’s last days peaceful.
