I'm sorry to hear about Eleanor's passing.  What a blessing that she's reunited with her husband Al.  I have wonderful memories of her from being in young woman's & at girls camp.  May you all cherish the wonderful memories you have of her.

Oh, how we love the Ferrins. All of you hold a dear place in our hearts. Al and Eleanor were as much parents to us when we were starting our family as could be. All of you helped raise our family. Julye and I have always looked up to the Ferrins. Al and Eleanor have been our friends for the past 35 or so years. We miss Al and will now miss Eleanor as well. Dear Ferrin Family, 
We are truly saddened with the passing of your dear mother, grandmother and friend.  She and Alvin are wonderful examples to all and will enjoy eternity together with other family members.  Their willingness to forgo the luxuries of life for the things "that matter" is unmatched.  We love them for who they are and what they are becoming.  We pray the Lord's choicest blessings to with each of you now and forever.  Mom & Dad, Grandma & Grandpa will continue watching over you.

I know it's hard to lose a loved one. Eleanor was an example to everyone. May you family be uplifted and strengthened. She loved the gospel and sharing it. She's happy to be with her sweetheart.  She has missed him so much. Till we meet again in a better place.

Dear Ferrin Family: I am saddened again at the loss of your Mom; she was in mortality an elect and choice daughter of our Father in Heaven and is so in the Eternal worlds! Your mom and dad were such a strength to me as they served faithfully in the Harman Ward much of their lives. What a great example they were to me and us all! Your mother was such a sweet and kind person to me and my family and to many in the neighborhood. I loved and admired her gentle ways and she taught by example and in word and deed. I am so grateful to have been honored with their friendship. I will be forever grateful for their kindness and love for me. We have been truly blessed to have them our our lives! I thank our Heavenly Father for his Great Plan fo Happiness for his children and the knowledge we have of it!
