A visitation for Howard will be held Tuesday, June 25, 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Valley View Funeral Home, 4335 West 4100 South, West Valley City, Utah 84120. Following the visitation will be a graveside service at 1:00 PM at Valley View Memorial Park, 4400 West 4100 South, West Valley City, Utah 84120.
