He is survived by children Sherry (Dex) Dutson, Kyle Dailey, Joseph (Ruth) Dailey, and Kevin Dailey. Preceded in death by his daughter Ann Campos, Mesa, AZ and his wife Patricia Dailey, Salt Lake City, UT.
Funeral Services will be held Monday, March 18 at the Valley View Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 4335 W 4100 S, West Valley, UT with a viewing from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. and services from 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. Flowers may be sent to Valley View Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 4335 W 4100 S, West Valley City, UT prior to Monday on the day of the service. Following the services James will be laid to rest at Utah Veterans Cemetery & Memorial Park, 17111 S Camp Williams Road, Bluffdale, UT with military honors.
