She was born September 6, 1961 in Chicago, Illinois to John D. Rugaber and Jacqueline F. Hayes.
Jessica was a loving person who was always making new friends and she cared about others. She enjoyed music and writing her own poems about things she cared for. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
She is survived by her loving children, Cory Crabb, Curtis Crabb and Sarah Gonzales; grandchildren, and siblings, she was preceded in death by her parents. A celebration of life will be held on January 30, 2021 at 6:30 pm at the Jordan North 2nd Ward, 4270 S. Falcon St. WVC, UT.
