John was born on August 2, 1947 to Dona Pickering and John Morrow Graham, Jr. in Salt Lake City, Utah. He graduated from Granger High School and was an honored student in the marching and dance band. He served in the United States Army where he was stationed in Germany. He married Linda Safley on August 14, 1970 and worked at Kennecott Copper for 35 years. John enjoyed racing go carts, boating, ATV's, camping and he loved his sports cars.
He is survived by his loving wife; Linda, his parents; John and Dona, his son; John Branden, his daughter; Sherry, four grandchildren; Jacob, Kassie, Alexis and Brayden, siblings; Connie (Robin) Jensen, Cindy (Garth) Neilsen and Brad (Janice) Graham. He is preceded in death by sister; Candis.
A memorial visitation is scheduled for Friday, February 19, 2016 from 12:00 to 1:50 p.m. at Valley View Funeral Home, 4335 W. 4100 S, West Valley City, UT, with a short graveside service at 2:00 p.m.
