John David Maxwell, age 26, passed away on December 3, 2011 in Provo, Utah.
He was born December 22, 1984 in Salt Lake City, Utah to David Maxwell and Nancy Jenson. He was a graduate of Central High School. He sacrificed his life by saving his mother who had slipped on the icy road at the scene of the accident. Surviving relatives are his parents, and four sisters; Carina LaFontaine, Sheryl Oldfield, Linda Walker, and Rochelle Maxwell. He also has two living grandparents, William J. and Lola Maxwell. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Arvil and Iona Jenson.
Funeral Services will be held Friday, December 9, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at the Copperhills 5th Ward Chapel, 4333 West 6400 South, West Valley City, Utah. The family will receive friends at a Visitation held prior to the service beginning at 9:00 a.m. Interment: Valley View Memorial Park.
