Kiona Te'o, Jr.

1970-2013

Kiona Te’o, Jr., 42, left his family and friends all too soon on April 14, 2013. Kiona was born in Fagaalu, American Samoa on June 9, 1970. He grew up in West Jordan, Utah and graduated from Kearns High School.

Known by friends and family as “Mufasa”,”Buck”, and “JR”, he loved spending time with his friends and family, improving his MMA striking and grappling skills, playing video games, listening to music, traveling, reading Stephen Covey books, creating & building websites and watching movies. An entrepreneur at heart, he developed and was a Marketing Partner for various start-up companies, the latest being Five Friends Marketing Group.

We will dearly miss your warm smile, goofy jokes, creative mind, and your ability to make people feel at ease.

He was preceded in death by his father Kiona I. Te’o, and twin brothers Tina & Wiliata Te’o.

Kiona is surviced by his, daughters, Chelsea & Kyrie Te’o, sons, Jaydon & Preston Te’o, mom, Luisa Te’o, sisters, Lourine Campbell (Duncan), Luisa Nai, Aniva Te’o,, brother, Craig Te’o (Hailey).

Services will be held Saturday, April 20, 2013: Viewing 9-10 am, Funeral Services 10-12. Valley View Funeral Home, 4335 W. 4100 S., WVC.
