Lorraine McCarty

She is survived by her two beloved sons, Travis McCarty, married to Rhiana, and Matt McCarty, married to Cydnee, along with her three cherished grandchildren, Katie, Kenadee, and Khloe McCarty, and Khloe’s mom, Darcee McCarty. Lorraine was married to Mike McCarty, who passed away in 2019.

Lorraine lived life to the fullest, with a passion for her friends and family that was truly unmatched. She had a special bond with her card group, which brought her immense joy and laughter. An accomplished baker, Lorraine delighted everyone with her knowledge of the craft and her delicious treats, creating magic around the table.

Her love for life, travel, and her dogs added even more joy to her spirit, filling her days with adventure and companionship. Those fortunate enough to have been part of Lorraine’s life knew they were exceptionally lucky to experience her warmth, kindness, and infectious spirit.

As we bid her farewell, we take comfort in knowing that her love will always be with us. We will never say goodbye but will carry her memory in our hearts forever.

An open house celebration of Lorraine’s life will be held Friday, November 29th, 2024 from 2:00 pm – 7:00 pm at The Boulder’s Clubhouse located at 5052 W Wind Rock Lane, Herriman, UT 84096.
