

Margaret MacDonald passed away on June 5, 2022. She was born February 3, 1954 in Hawthorne, NV to Lorenzo Gonzales and Eva Archuleta. She grew up in Fort Garland, Denver, and Alamosa, CO. She met her husband “Chuck” MacDonald in January 1991 and the two were inseparable for the rest of her life. They were married on July 24, 1994 in Fort Garland, CO. They moved to West Valley City, UT in 1996 and spent their lives together there. Margaret loved West Valley City and never wanted to leave.
Margaret loved watching the Broncos, and the family would wear their jerseys and cheer! She also loved decorating for Christmas! Throughout all of her struggles, she always stayed strong and positive. She loved shopping with her guys and loved sitting and relaxing by the river….
Margaret is survived by her husband; son, Ivan; mother, Eva Gonzales; brothers, Victor Rael (Debbie) and Ricky Gonzales; step children, Charles K. and Betsy MacDonald; Grandchildren, Charles T. and Justus MacDonald; and twin brother in law Wilson G. MacDonald. She was preceded in death by her father Lorenzo Gonzales. Nieces: Cassandra (Sergio Huizar) Rael and Tiffiny (Alejandro) Rodriguez.
