Hazel Marie Jewkes Willesen Hoyt passed away peacefully on December 17, 2014.
She was born on January 17, 1935 in Orangeville, Utah to Samuel and Oriole Jewkes.
Marie loved life especially her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed arts and crafts, dancing and was an amazing cook.
Marie is survived by her son, Casey Willesen; sister, June Mincarelli; grandchildren, Arlen Willesen, Shyla Nelson, Sami Denos (TJ Denos), Tiana Burdick (Brady Burdick), Lyndi Jackson (JB Jackson); great granddaughter, Lyla Denos ; daughter-in-law, Nancy Nelson.
Funeral services for Marie will be held on Monday, December 22, 2014 at 11:00 am at the Jordan 6th Ward, 3650 West 4400 South, West Valley City. Friends and family are invited to viewing on Sunday night from 5-7 pm at the Valley View Funeral Home, 4335 West 4100 South and again on Monday morning from 9:30-11:00 am prior to the service. Interment: Valley View Memorial Park.
