Marilyn Ohlsen, 87, passed away peacefully in her home in Draper, while on Hospice care, the evening of February 8, 2023. She lived her life “one day at a time” and always with her ever-present “PollyAnna” positive attitude. These simple philosophies worked for her and helped her live a happy life. Marilyn was an artist and loved to paint in oils. A simple view of a neighbor’s tree in bloom or the mountains in the fall gave her joy. She appreciated the simple things. Life’s challenges made her strong, but that strength was always tempered with humor and a large measure of loving kindness. Marilyn loved her family and friends, and we’ll always love, remember and miss you, until we meet again.
