OBITUARY

Mark David Madsen

February 12, 1981August 10, 2019

Mark David Madsen left us suddenly and returned home to his Heavenly Father on August 10, 2019. Mark was born February 12, 1981 to David B. Madsen and Kenna Caplinger. He was the fifth child and a wonderful addition to the family. Mark is a light in our lives.

Mark is a friend to all; he is generous, kind and patient. He never spoke ill of others. He has a great love for puzzles, video games, going to movies, rice, mashed potatoes, and french fries. He also loved any kind of candy. Mark never met a soda he didn’t like.

Mark has a wonderful sense of humor with an infectious giggle that was such a joy to listen to. Mark is a quick wit and he could memorize lines from movies after seeing it one time. He would quote them often. Mark is a dear friend to each of his siblings. Each one of us has fond memories of our time with him. He is the best “Unkno” Mark his 2 nieces and 2 nephews could ask for.

If you know Mark, you know that he is a man of few words, until he got to know you, then he would talk your ear off. You would never know what you’d be talking about with him.

Mark attended school in Kearns and graduated from Kearns High School. Mark worked for Reams grocery store for many years.

Our family would like to thank everyone for their kindness and love towards Mark. We would like to thank Reams grocery store for their goodness to Mark. Thank you to all for your generosity and love during this time.

Mark taught me all about video games. Even when I was young and wasn't good at all he would help me when I got frustrated and never got annoyed with me. He also gave me my love for puzzles of any kind. He was and is one of the best uncles anyone could have. His talks are something I'll cherish always. I'll miss talking to him, and playing games with him but I know he will always be looking down on our family and taking care of us from above.
