Mary was a devoted mother, grandmother and friend. She moved around to different places and settled in Tooele, UT. Mary had the biggest heart, she would open her house to any one in need. She left no one behind. Her kindness will not be forgotten. She took in those that needed a mother figure and called them her stepkids. She had a beautiful smile that was so contagious. She had a love for crafts and ceramics. She had an eye for color. She loved to bake and cook. She would offer to host every event at her place just so she could make sure the tables were full of food and that no one left hungry. She loved sharing food with loved ones, but would rarely give up the recipes to her masterpieces. Her granddaughter Alicia was the light of her life. When it came to family, she would say John John was her greatest life’s accomplishment.

One of the best vacations my sister, Lula, and I ever had together was when our families joined Mary and John for a trip to Jackson Hole, Wyoming where we visited Yellowstone Park and marveled at the beauty of the Grand Tetons. It was an unforgettable trip filled with a lot of laughter and a memory we will cherish always!

I had the pleasure of meeting Mary back in 2006 at Hrblock. She welcomed me right in with everyone in the office. She was our "office mom at block". She was very caring and friendly. I will miss her smiling face. Love to everyone.❤
