Our beautiful wife, loving mother, sister and grandmother, Myrtle May Humes, left this world on November 13, 2017 surrounded by family. She married Thayne Humes on December 10, 1966 in Elko, Nevada. Her priority was her family.
She leaves behind her husband, Thayne; daughters, Tammy, Ann (Bob), Doris and Barbara (Bill); sisters, Shawnie; brothers, Frank (Lorraine), Tom, Neal; 11 grandkids and 24 great grandkids.
She is preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Wendy; great grandson, Eron and brothers and sisters.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 18, 2017 at 10:00 AM at Valley View Funeral Home, 4335 W. 4100 S. West Valley City, Utah. A viewing will be held Friday from 6:00-8:00 PM and one hour prior to the service on Saturday.
