Born Sept. 14, 1968 in Salt Lake City, UT. Daughter of Raymond Linden and Nora Ann Walker Vorheis. Passed away April 10, 2014 following open heart surgery. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend. Patty enjoyed reading and crocheting. Preceded in death by her father, infant son Austin and grandfather, John H. Walker. Survived by husband Alvin Rex, mother Nora Ann, grandmother Dora Walker, mother-in-law Carol Thomson, children Christopher Alvin (Bobbie), Tyler Steven (Shantel) and Kimberly RaeAnn (Ivan), siblings Dorie Reid, Lorie Vorheis Ortez, Raymond J. Vorheis, Barbara Kocher and Robin Vorheis Cano, grandchildren Danny, Riley, Katie, Evelyn and Carson, numerous Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, Denise Thomson sister-in-law/close friend and many other friends.
