

Phil served in the Navy before marrying his first wife, Elaine, moving to Salt Lake City, and having six children. Then in 1975, he married his second wife, Victoria and had another daughter.
He loved building slot cars and radio control planes. Phil also opened the Gray Falcon Radio Control Flying School so he could help others share his passion. In 1997 he married his sweetheart, Cleo Ziska, with whom he loved to take long walks through the mall. Phil was a talented artist as well and ran Display Sign Co.
He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, and his son, Stewart. He is survived by his six children: Scott Tucker (Rene) of Houston, TX; Kirk Tucker (Becki) of Dallas, TX; Laurie Lingmann (Mike) of Taylorsville, UT; Mitch Tucker (Julia) of West Valley City, UT; Julie Perron (Kent) of Colorado Springs, CO; and Tori Bowers (Marhault) of Patterson, CA; 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Dad, you will be missed!
Funeral services will be held Friday, May 27, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 3560 West 3650 South, Salt Lake City. A Viewing will be held Thursday, May 26, 2016 at Valley View Funeral Home, 4335 West 4100 South, West Valley City from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.valleyviewfuneral.com.
