She was born in Escalante, Utah to Herman & Maude Spencer. She married Dennis H. Miera on June 26, 1954. Phyllis enjoyed camping, crocheting, and going to JOY, her church group.
She is survived by her son, Scott Miera; daughter, Annette Downing (Doug); granddaughter, Mandy Oleson (Brian); great-granddaughter, Brittnie Oleson; brothers, Joe (Mary), Robert (Jadean); sisters, Linda and Dorothy.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Dennis; daughters, Christine and Mary Lynn; parents, Herman and Maude; sisters, Wilma and Ruth.
