Randy was a great example to me.  He is a great man in a great family.  We will see Randy again.  And Now Beloved Lisa Marie has a brother to hang out with in Heaven.

Charlene and I have been saddened to hear of Randy's passing and our hearts ache for your pain at this time. Randy is a great man and I am sure he would say that was in part because he was surrounded by a great family and good friends. We are very thankful for the friendship we have with you. I know that over the years I always looked forward to Randy's morning greeting at the airport. He had a smile and a bounce in his step more often then not. In a time such as this, words can't begin to express our deep sadness and heartbreak at the loss you have experienced. The pain you feel is shared by many as Randy's generously impacted numerous lives and souls on every path he took. Through his warmth, his intelligence, and his ability to teach he gave a gift to all who were fortunate enough to know him.
Karen, you have amazed us with your spirit, your strength and your courage. Your ability to take this man and make him a better, happier person is so admirable; you are an angel walking among us. During this time of great sadness please accept our condolences at the loss of your wonderful partner, husband, and friend.

Randy, over the past few days I have reflected on the great man I saw you to be and how the stories and memories of you steadily capture my attention. I will forever cherish the many hours we spent together, talking, listening, and laughing; you always seemed to be the center of attention.
From the simplest issues such as you hiring on with the airline industry and how it could be handled easier, to where and how you grew up, and the life you had found with a wonderful angel you called Karen; I never grew tired of the time I was able to share with you.

For me, the most heartwarming stories were those of your grandchildren… (present and future grandchildren). When you spoke of them your eyes would light up and the love you felt for them was undeniable. I would often tease you about how you yourself were much like a child and that the energy you had would not only serve to keep up with them, but run circles around them.

Randy, the last time we spoke you were aglow with the prospect of going home and seeing your wife that you simply adored, and you told me how this was your 'dream job.' You were so enthusiastic, this is the Randy I will forever remember and hold dear in my heart.

Randy, the last memory I would like to share is that of a joke between us. I use to always tease you about the quarters… Every time I saw you, you would ask me for a quarter. I figured you had a bigger sweet tooth than I did so and needed something out of the machine so I would toss you over one, But what I didn't know was I was not the only one you were asking from. So with my calculations with 20 years of borrowed quarters which by my calculations is the exact amount that I would pay you for the great memories… Debt Paid! 

You are free to fly in the wind and watch over all of those who care so much for you.

So sorry to hear of your loss. I worked with Randy at Western and Delta airlines. He was a top notch guy.

Randy was one of the nicest, most kind and humorous men I have had the pleasure to work with and know.  He really was a great guy.  I wish peace for the family and a hope that all will see him again.

We love Randy and all of the Ellis family.  We will miss Randy until we meet again.  He passed on as a faithful saint.  A success, well prepared for the next phase.

I also was one of the privileged who worked alongside Randy at both Western and Delta Airlinnes.  His passing is very heartfelt yet it also comes with so many fond memories.  His laughter, his jokes, his strong conviction of the gospel and how wonderful I felt by just being with him.  He was a great friend and will be sorely missed. How will I ever go on without you?  I love you so very much! Thank you for 38 amazing years together!  You are my anchor and my strength.  You are the calm in my storm.  No one can ever take your place.  Ours is a love made in Heaven.  I know the Lord brought us together and I know through his atonement we will be together again someday.  Thank-you for being who you are.  A light in a darkened world.  I love our family so much!  They will be here for me and lift my heavy load along with their own pain.  Ellis Family, I'm so sorry for Randy's passing.  He was such a great influence in the lives of those around him.  His perpetual smile and the warmth, calm, and joy he shared with all will surely be missed.

I am so so sorry for the lost of your husband.  My thoughts and prayers to you and your family.  If you ever need to talk please come to me.  I am going thru the same thing.  Your such a sweet lady and it sounds like your husband was an amzing person as well. You have lots of family, friends and co workers that will help you thru the heartache.

Ellis family, Randy had the ability to make everyone feel important.  He was so positive and his face radiated light. He will be greatly missed.

Although, Ruby and I , Never had the pleasure of Meeting Randal in person, We have had the great pleasure of  Knowing his parents, and Little ( Big) brother Jim over the past four years,  and knowing that Randal was a Part of that great family I can honestly say that our father in heaven has called home one of his great servants here on earth. There must  be a very special assignment I heaven he was needed for. Our deepest sympathy to our loving friends in the Ellis family.

I can't say how sorry I am for your loss. I worked with Randy for 32 years at both Western and Delta Airlines. Randy was a great guy and a good co-worker. I really enjoyed working with him over the years. He will be missed by all of us at Delta Airlines..

Dear Ellis Family, my heart aches for your loss and pray for your comfort and peace at this time. Randy is my brother from my other mother!  You are family.  My childhood is so inner-twined with Randy and David, that it's impossible to single out a special experience.  They're all near and dear to me.  Randy and I went to the 1969 Boy Scout Jamboree together, we rode motorcycles and I witnessed his accident on Main when he was hit broadside on Bob's Harley, and rode away!  We shot guns, hunted, fished, hiked and camped.  During all the time we spent together we pulled our share of pranks too!  We traded letters on our missions and when I returned he was one of the first to welcome  me home.  He gave me my first Buck knife for a birthday and I still cherish it today.  He was my friend, my brother, my cohort in crime, my confidant and I will sorely miss him but revel in the knowledge that he was true to the faith and has gone to prepare a place for us who follow.  I love you Randy and look forward to another grand reunion.

I was devastated to hear of this tragic news, and my heart breaks for you and your family! You are in my heart and in my thoughts! I have missed seeing your smiling face at work every day, and I am sad that it is not smiling right now. I hope your faith can carry you through this tragic time, and know you have so many family and friends by your side.
I know everyone says if you needs anything, just ask. That doesn't always help, cause I'm not sure what I can do to heal your broken heart at this time. But know I AM here for you and always will be!
