She was born September 29th in Price, Utah to Don Kearl Jewkes and Lola Fowler Jewkes. She attended Orangeville Elementary, Green River High and the College of Eastern Utah. She married Owen Kent Hooley on July 6, 1991 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Rosanne did everything she tried to do to perfection. She loved to garden, fish, camp in the mountains, sew and tole paint. She loved her children and grandchildren with all her heart-they filled her heart with love. Kent, her husband, is the love of her life. She let him know this in the love notes she always slipped into his lunch box.
Rosanne is survived by her husband Owen Kent Hooley, her children Samuel Edward Thayer and Cody Don Jewkes, siblings Layla Christine, Don Earl Jewkes and Susan Diane Abass and her two grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her father Don Jewkes and mother Lola Fowler.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. August 3, 2015 at Valley View Mortuary with a viewing one hour prior to the service. She will be laid to rest in Valley View Memorial Park.
