

Ruby Ann Ludwig, 72, Ended her journey on this earth and was called home to a joyous reunion with her parents and many other family members. On Monday July 28, 2014 of natural causes in West Valley City, UT. She was born October 25, 1941, in Price, Utah to Howard and Leola Ludwig. She graduated from BYU, and served an LDS mission in France 1963-1965. After her mission she was employed at the church office building for a few years, she then moved to work as an accountant in the Los Angeles, California area for 20 years. She was a lifelong member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served as an ordinance worker at the Jordan River Temple. She also served faithfully in many organizations in the Hunter First Ward. She enjoyed plays, musicals, traveling, and a verity of music. She loved being a member of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers and was proud of her pioneer heritage. Her Deseret Rose DUP camp looked forward to hearing the interesting lessons about pioneers. She was loving, kind and made friends quickly. She appreciated all the love and service from the several health care providers these last few years. Ruby is survived by her sister Judy (Bill) Funk, brothers Paul (Linda) Ludwig, Keith (Christine) Ludwig and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at the Hunter 23rd Ward at 11:00 AM, 3665 South 6000 West. The family will receive friends on Monday, August 4, 2014 at Valley View Funeral Home, 4335 West 4100 South and one hour prior to the services at the church.
