

Sean Patrick O’Neill age 34 passed away on December 15, 2017. Sean was born December 18, 1982 in Salt Lake City, UT to John “Mick” O’Neill and Linda O’Neill. Sean was an military Vet who served his country well in the United States Army. After returning from the military he began his pursuit in the Sheet Metal Workers Local Union No. 312 where he obtained his journeyman.
Sean was also an avid racer. He began racing when he was a teenager at the midnight drags at Rocky Mountain Raceway as he got older he became more of an enthusiast. You could count on getting a thrill of a run when he was on the track with his “Black Mamba” Dodge Charger. This is where he could be completely carefree . . . . it was the one car he actually enjoyed working on. He made several friends that became his extended race family. He became a part of several Mopar car clubs and would donate his time with charitable car shows and car cruise’s.
There are so many things that he was notorious for he could always make you smile when all you wanted to do was cry. It was guaranteed if he walked into a room that he would make everyone in that room laugh. Sean had a huge heart, and was a huge softie for animals no matter how big or little. He enjoyed bowling, traveling, dancing, singing, golf and being the “good guy”.
Sean is survived by his Daughter ShyAnn O’Neill, Son Isaiah O’Neill, Nephews Bryan O’Neill and Chance Thompson, Niece Katelyn Thompson. Parents Mick and Linda O’Neill, Sister Malinda (Jason) Hoopiiaina. He is preceded in Death both paternal and maternal grandparents. 2 Uncles and 1 Aunt.
There will be a celebration of his life Thursday December 28th 2017 at LDS Cultural Hall:
4460 West Cortney Dr. West Valley City. UT 84120. Between 5pm-8pm.
