Shirlene Farnsworth Magneson shared 64 years of a beautiful life and touched the hearts deeply of each who was fortunate enough to know her. Although she slipped away peacefully in her sleep on March 22, 2015, her legacy and memories will live on. Born November 2, 1950 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Gilbert Oel Farnsworth and Shirley Nadine Eden Farnsworth. She grew up in Salt Lake City, graduated West High School and attended the University of Utah. She served a mission to the NorthWest states, areas including Idaho, Oregon and Washington - where she met the father of her six children. She has lived in Germany, Idaho and Utah and made many friends, old and new. She loved to travel (oh, those spontaneous road trips!) She loved to cross-stitch and crochet - which her family joked that she could open her own shop with all the unfinished projects she always started! - and she loved to be there for others.
She loved all of her family and always put them first. She was a selfless, giving, wonderful woman who touched everyone's lives and hearts anywhere she lived. We will miss you Mom, Shirlene, Aunt Shirlene and Frammajo!
Preceeding her in death are her parents, Gilbert & Shirley, her brother Keven and sister Charlotte, a niece Mistylee, nephews Justin, Cody & Casey and other loved ones. Her legacy perseveres through her children: Ane & Kelly Genessy, Marshall Magneson, Micah Magneson, Andrew & Barbara Magneson, Jon & Candice Magneson, Rebekah & Randall Uria. Along with her 17 grandchildren & 2 great-grandchildren; Brady, Colby, Remy, Azalea, Andras, Aliyah, Akira, Corah, Liam, Beau, Catherine, Nando, Adrian, Kira, Justin, Christopher, Vincent, Conner, Cali & Abel.
