Our Beloved Mother passed away peacefully in her home following a courageous battle with cancer. She had a great love for service and has left a lasting impression on all she has met. Siato is survived by her husband, David Hammond; her children, Beverly Tavai Young Yen (Sapati), Michael Tavai (Geneva), Bryon Tavai (Keiana), Park Tavai (Fiona), Patricia Tavai Otteson (Boyd), Robyn Tavai Rabosea (Max), and grandchildren, brothers, sisters, and loving friends.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, September 10, 2011 from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon at the Mapusaga L.D.S. Ward located at 3970 South 5200 West, West Valley City, Utah. Interment: Valley View Memorial Park.
