Thomas was born February 2nd 1955 in Cedar City, Utah to Rulon and Dorothy Rappleye. He got married to Kimberlee in July 1989 and they had one child, Rayann.
Thomas was an amazing son, brother, husband and father and grandfather. He served the United States Army for 3 years and was proud to let people know. He would make sure that his family was taken care of and was always there when needed. He loved tinkering with gas-powered remote-control cars. He worked at the VA and enjoyed it there. He enjoyed being a husband, father, father-in-law, and grandfather. He enjoyed relaxing and watching classic shows with Kimberlee.
Thomas was preceded in death by his Father, Rulon; Mother, Dorothy; brother; Brent.
He is survived by his Wife, Kimberlee; Siblings, Mary and Jeff. Daughter, Rayann (Christopher), Grandchildren Nicholas, Christyann, and Tayler-Skye; and many nieces and nephews.
