Not a day goes by that I don't see your face and that infectious smile. Your picture is right above my desk. I miss you my friend. I miss you.

To Zach and the entire Hills Family, I’m so sorry for your loss. I’ll miss Todd’s infectious smile and how he always seemed to jump out from behind doors and give me a good scare! I’ll never forget when the decorations on my daughter’s grave had been cleared away and he helped me search through piles to find them.  My thoughts and prayers are with you!

My heart is so sad to hear of Todd's passing. I worked with Todd at Valley View and  had the wonderful opportunity of working with Todd on cemetery matters.  I must say he is not only one of the nicest people I have ever worked with but he kept the cemetery looking beautiful and running so very efficiently.   My heart is broken for his lovely family and actually, for all the people who ever called him a friend and/or a co-worker.

Todd was such a hard worker. Everyone at Valley View loved him. We will all miss him greatly. He was a great man.

Dear Pam, Zach and Jeremy, 

Please accept my condolences for Todd's passing. He leaves an incredible void for us to fill here at Valley View and I can only imagine the void he leaves in your lives. Todd is a great man and I always appreciated working with him. He leaves a legacy as I always felt he ran the best crew we ever had. He truly cared about the park and the families we serve. The families we serve care about him as well. I have been approached by people in the park who would ask about how he was. I will miss seeing him after our Chicago Bears won a game and saying, "how bout dem Bears", and having a small conversation about the game. However after the Bears lost a game we would both just look at each other and have not much to say, our expression said enough. Todd was a hard worker and I attached a photo I found once that shows how hard he worked. Although the photo is not actually of Todd, I showed it to him as a joke after we had more than our fair share of water pipe leaks one spring. We both had a good laugh about it and I hope it brings a smile to you as well.

I did not have a chance to meet Todd but I have heard nothing but wonderful stories of him.  I started after his leave had begun at Valley View Memorial.  I wanted to provide my warmest wishes to Zack and his entire family.  

I am blessed to had the opportunity to  have met you, let alone become friends you was truly one of a kind. I appreciate you and everything you have taught me over the years. You will be forever missed my friend, love you brotha until we meet again. 

Todd was an amazing coworker and friend. He could always cheer up the moment with his smile and laugh. I will miss him greatly. 

I am so sorry for your lose. Todd is such a great man, full of kindness and compassion for everyone. If you ever needed something he was always will to help in anyway that he could. We had much fun joking around at work and scaring each other, more me then him though. His favorite words where, "don't you have something better to do", LOL. 
I will always remember him coming around the corner at work with his gator with his left leg hanging off of the side and swinging it around. You are great friend.  It was my HONOR  to work with you!!!Love you Todd you will be DEEPLY MISSED.

It was a joy to work with Todd.  He has one of those personalities that everyone enjoyed to be around.  He always had a smile and consistently went out of his way to make sure our families at Valley View were pleased.  Hundreds of families he served left our cemetery with great appreciation because he worked here.  He took pride in all he did and our community took notice.

It was a pleasure knowing him.

Your dad was such an amazing, sweet, kind  and giving man. I enjoyed the many years we worked together. We will miss him around here.  

I only knew Todd briefly from working with him at Valley View. He always had a kind disposition and I admired his work ethic.  He will be missed by many.

When I was young and arrogant and lost, Todd helped me in so many ways.  Helping me haul firewood when my heat was off. . Rides home when I needed help.  Sage advice.  Those words did not fall on deaf ears. Those efforts help mold me into what kind of person I wanted to be. He influenced me far more than he ever knew. And I thank him so much for that.  Also, I’ll miss you singing “I found my thrills.........etc”.  Rest In Peace.
