Wesley was born August 7, 2000. He entered his journey here with several health struggles. He was a fighter and always handled his battles with a positive outlook. We never heard him complain about all his struggles, just would always ask, “Why Me?”
Wesley was proud to be a Pirate! He graduated from Cyprus High School class of 2019.
His brother Bryan was his hero who he strived to be like. He played youth football 1 year and decided he didn’t like running. Tried wrestling like his brother and realized his body was not made to be folded in those positions. Then he tried soccer in the goalie position thinking no running was involved.
Finally these last 5 years Wesley discovered he was the musical brother not the sports one. He taught himself how to play the guitar than the drums.
He had a great friend group with lots of memories from concerts, watching movies, gaming, Yugioh tournaments, yearly haunted houses and his birthday trip to Lava Hot Springs.
Thank you Ben, JJ and Ben for making him feel so special.
Wesley will be missed by everyone that knew him.
A viewing will be held from 6 PM to 7 PM on September 9, 2026, immediately followed by a service to celebrate his life from 7 PM to 9 pm. Both will be located at Valley View Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 4335 W. 4100 S. West Valley City, UT 84120
Fly high Wesley your wings were ready, our hearts were not.
