A.D. Elmore

He was born at home in Mansfield, Arkansas on December 16, 1933, to Albert Greene and Ruby Lee (Presson) Elmore. He was the oldest of five children, one sister and three brothers.

A.D. was preceded in death by his parents, Ruby and Albert Elmore, his infant sister, brothers Herbert Lee (Emma Lee), Doyne Gene (Janet) and his stepdaughter, Barbara Jean Olson.

He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Joyce Marie Elmore of Garden Grove, CA, one brother, Mickey Glenn (Linda), his four daughters, Elaine Bradley (Cal) of Granbury, Texas, Connie Arlene Elmore of Huntington Beach, CA, Michelle Deschaine (Thomas) of Westminster, CA and Renee Elmore Mock of Huntington Beach, CA, his stepchildren, Donna McGonigal of Las Vegas, Nevada, Linda Mendoza (Anthony) of Riverside, CA, Michael White of Kelso, Washington and Steven White of Huntington Beach, CA as well as 14 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A.D. enjoyed travelling and going on cruises, deep sea and lake fishing and spending time with his family and friends. He especially enjoyed his friends and his time at the Garden Grove Elks Lodge.

Funeral service to be held on September 16, 2022, at 9:30am at Westminster Memorial Park and Mortuary, 14801 Beach Blvd, Westminster, CA at the Lakeside Chapel with a graveside service to immediately follow.
