

Alice was born on April 1, 1927 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Harry and Alice White. As a teenager, Alice set out to California to lay down roots. In 1953, she moved her father, mother, brother and sister to La Puente, CA.
Alice was an extraordinary woman. She had a captivating smile and lit up any room she entered. She was a woman of style and grace with an infectious personality. She traveled the world with her late husband Tom and gave generously to a variety of charities and organizations. Through the years, she selflessly gave to her family, ensuring her brother and sister were taken care of, no matter the cost.
Alice worked as a Cost Analyst for Mc Donnell Douglas Aircraft in Torrance, CA. After moving from the South Bay area to Westminster in the late 1970’s, she became involved in sales with Amway products. She built a successful clientele, with her mother as her business partner. Alice was a long-time member of the Westminster Christian Center where she enjoyed weekly bible study for more than 30 years.
Alice is survived by her sister Margaret Young of Apple Valley, CA; seven nieces and nephews: Georgia Acosta, Philip Jimenez, Alan Jimenez, Paula Gonzales, Renee Haney, Stacy Bauman and Cynthia Aguilar; her beloved neighbors, countless friends and her dog Freckles.
A visitation is planned for Alice, and will begin on Monday, October 9th from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
Funeral Services will be on Tuesday, October 10th, at 12:00 noon at Westminster Memorial Park Chapel, 14801 Beach Blvd., Westminster, CA 92683.
