Alma Christina Najera

Alma Christina Najera, de 40 años, originaria del Condado de Orange, California, falleció en paz el 29 de septiembre de 2025 en su ciudad natal de Orange. Nació el 16 de junio de 1985 y vivió toda su vida rodeada del amor de su familia y comunidad.

Orgullosa graduada de la preparatoria Los Amigos—hogar de los Lobos—Alma encontró alegría y propósito trabajando en tres diferentes lugares: Disneyland, como asistente administrativa y en el área de panadería. Su trabajo, al igual que su personalidad, se distinguía por su dedicación, creatividad y cuidado.

Alma era una verdadera perfeccionista: decidida, sensible y firme en sus convicciones, con un alma reservada y gentil. También era conocida por su amabilidad (“amable”) y por una saludable dosis de terquedad que la hacía única y profundamente querida por quienes la conocieron de cerca.

Sentía una gran pasión por la repostería y era más feliz cuando estaba en la cocina, compartiendo sus creaciones con los demás. A Alma le encantaba coleccionar tazas, disfrutar de su Starbucks y rodearse de artículos de Disney y Hello Kitty—especialmente sus favoritas, Tinkerbell y La Sirenita. Su espíritu alegre se reflejaba en su cálida sonrisa y su risa inolvidable, que brindaban consuelo y alegría a todos a su alrededor.

Alma fue precedida en vida por sus abuelos Magdaleno Rodarte y Román Najera, su abuela Guadalupe Gutiérrez, y varios queridos tíos de la familia Rodarte.

Le sobreviven sus devotos padres, Teresa y Pedro Najera; sus amados hermanos, Iván Najera y Pedro Najera Jr.; su cuñada; así como numerosos tíos, tías y primos que llevarán su recuerdo en el corazón por siempre.

Aunque su partida deja un vacío profundo, el espíritu de Alma vive en los corazones de todos los que la conocieron y amaron. Nos consuela saber que ahora descansa en la paz eterna de Dios, libre de dolor, y cuidando de nosotros desde el cielo.

Velorio: Lunes 13 de octubre de 2025, de 2:00 p.m. a 6:00 p.m., con el rosario a las 4:00 p.m.

Lugar: Westminster Memorial Park – Capilla del Lago

Misa funeraria: Martes 14 de octubre de 2025, a las 2:30 p.m. en la Capilla del Lago

Servicio en el cementerio: Jardín de la Meditación (al finalizar la misa)

Alma Christina Najera, 40, of Orange County, California, passed away peacefully on September 29, 2025, in her hometown of Orange. She was born on June 16, 1985, and lived her entire life surrounded by the love of her family and community.

A proud graduate of Los Amigos High School—home of the Lobos—Alma found joy and purpose working in three different places: Disneyland, as an administrative assistant, and in baking. Her work, much like her personality, was marked by dedication, creativity, and care.

Alma was a true perfectionist—strong-willed, sensible, and determined, with a reserved and gentle soul. She was also known for her kindness ("amable") and a healthy dose of stubbornness that made her unique and deeply lovable to those closest to her.

She had a passion for baking and was happiest when in the kitchen, sharing her creations. Alma also loved collecting mugs, sipping Starbucks, and surrounding herself with Disney and Hello Kitty items—especially her favorites, Tinkerbell and The Little Mermaid. Her joyful spirit shone through in her warm smile and unforgettable laugh, bringing comfort and happiness to everyone around her.

Alma was preceded in death by her grandfathers Magdaleno Rodarte and Roman Najera, her grandmother Guadalupe Gutierrez, and several beloved uncles from the Rodarte family.

She is survived by her devoted parents, Teresa and Pedro Najera; her loving brothers, Ivan Najera and Pedro Najera Jr.; her sister-in-law; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins who will carry her memory always.

Though her absence leaves a profound void, Alma’s spirit lives on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. We take comfort in knowing she is now resting in God's eternal peace, free from pain, and forever watching over us.

Services to honor Alma’s life will be held as follows:

Visitation: Monday, October 13, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with a Rosary at 4:00 PM

Location: Westminster Memorial Park – Lakeside Chapel

Funeral Service: Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at 2:30 PM in the Lakeside Chapel

Graveside Service to follow: Garden of Meditation
