Jerri Atwood (Bessie Geraldine Atwood Capps) beloved wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, great grandmother, great great grandmother and friend to all, was born on June 29,1927 and went to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, on August 13, 2026.
Jerri married (the love of her life), Robert Atwood, of Mangum, Oklahoma, on July 2nd 1946, in Compton, California.
Jerri and Robert had 5 children: Robert Jr, Phillip, Timothy, Cindi and James; followed by 12 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, and 7 great great grandchildren.
Jerri was tenacious, she didn't let difficulties stop her; she found joy everywhere.
She was generous toward everyone; Jerri never knew a stranger and virtually anyone was welcome in her home and they became family.
Jerri had a tremendous love for the Lord, as well as, kindness toward others; her servants heart was evident with her family and enumerable friends.
Jerri's memory will live on through the countless people she has touched and blessed throughout her long and substance filled years.
Jerri, you are missed beyond what words can express and the effects of your life will live on in the lives of all who knew you.
