

Binh was born on July 10, 1937, in Vietnam, where she grew up and attended high school. During her youth, she met and fell in love with her devoted husband, Quynh Ngo. Their bond was instant and enduring—together they shared more than sixty years of love, partnership, and family.
A devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, Binh was known for her strength, resourcefulness, and resilience. She balanced caring for her home with hard work outside of it, always giving her best to provide for her loved ones. Her warm heart and generous spirit touched everyone around her.
Binh had a deep love for her children and grandchildren. She was happiest when surrounded by family, sharing laughter and delicious meals she lovingly prepared. Her cooking brought people together, and her beauty—both inside and out—will always be remembered.
Binh is survived by her beloved husband, Quynh Ngo, and their seven children: Peter Ngo, Jonathan Ngo, My Hanh Ngo, David Ngo, Le Diana, Cynthia Ngo, and Gene Thanh Ngo, along with many grandchildren and extended family who will cherish her memory forever.

Tuesday, November 4, 2025, from 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM at Christ Cathedral in Garden Grove, California.
Wednesday, November 5, 2025, from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM at Westminster Memorial Park Lakeside Chapel in Westminster, California.
A Funeral Mass celebrating Binh’s life will be held on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at 12:00 PM at Christ Cathedral in Garden Grove, followed by a graveside service at Good Shepherd Catholic Cemetery in Huntington Beach, California.
Binh Thi Pham will be remembered as a beautiful, intelligent, and loving woman whose life was a testament to faith, family, and perseverance. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
