Brendan, I can't believe that it's been 2 years since you left. It seems like forever, yet it feels like yesterday. There's not a moment that goes by that I don't think of you. There's not a moment that passes that I don't miss you so much. I will never be the same without you. You are woven into my heart and soul for eternity.  Keep sending me signs, you know me better than anyone and you know that I catch every single one that you send. I love you more than you could ever possibly imagine.   ❤️ Mom

From everything we’ve done I can never forget about summer school auto shop we did absolutely nothing but rebuild that engine and we didn’t even get it running because we’d do everything but work on the engine lol but it was the best of times running the shop with ya Brendan love and miss you 

Brendan, 
It has been 5 months without you.  I have missed you every second.  I hate having to live without you here. Nothing is ever going to be the same.  There is no way I could ever have as much fun as I did with you. There are so many things that I want to tell you, I miss our talks so much. You are so missed and loved. I didn't have enough time with you and I am so lonely without you. I love you so much my precious son. 

Brendan,
 I miss waking up in the morning  to hear what you had planned for us for the day.  A beach trip,  A shopping expedition, Possibly a Knotts trip or even just a trip to the store for snacks so we could hang out , listen to music and float around the pool.  You have such a zest for life and made everything that we did so much fun.  I always felt so blessed that you want to hang out with me. There's not many young adults that want to just sit and talk with their mom.  We had the best conversations, We talked about everything under the sun. Our hopes our dreams for the future... Absolutely everything.   We planned our next trips, Concerts,  And even just drives so we could listen to new music and spend time together.  We knew everything about each other and because we were so much alike we understood each other like nobody else.  You are more than just my son, You are my best friend my road dog And the one person I knew I could share everything with.  You've made me into the person that I am today, For that I will always be grateful.  I am thankful that you always trusted me enough to share your ideas, dreams for the future, your worries and everything with me.  I was blessed to be chosen to be your mom. You were not only beautiful on the outside but the inside is well. Your heart was was so big, You loved everyone, And everybody who met you couldn't help but love you.  Your intelligence was off the charts, When you will come and tell me you're next idea or project, I was so proud of you.   You were fearless it didn't matter If your idea may not work, You would try anyways. I mourn the things that could have been.   Your future was so bright.  I don't know how to go on without you,  Nothing will ever be as fun as it was with you by my side.  But I promise to keep your memory alive and to always take you with me in my heart.   Our bond can never be broken.   I know that you will be with me forever. And I will forever be your Mom. ❤❤

Brendan was extremely smart and extremely funny.  There was no way you could spend time with Brendan and not smile or just bust up laughing .  Brendan had this gift from the time he was a baby.  He was always so happy and constantly smiling. His brain was always going, and he was either thinking, planning, or building at all times.  He had big ideas and every meticulous detail thoroughly planned out. Here is a memory I want to share: It was 4th of July 2020.  I don’t know if it was because of Covid and being trapped inside for so long, but Brendan had come up with the crazy idea to build his own firework.  He had it all planned out, and shared every detail with us and couldn’t wait to light off his creation.  As the time drew near, he would light off his rocket with a mortar tied to it, as we would all hide and find cover.  Well, it did light and it did blow up, the problem was it exploded about 100 feet away between the neighbors roof and their large tree in their front yard and landed on their extremely dry lawn.  Fortunately for us, it did not start a fire, or cause any property damage.  We all thought, ok he is never doing that again, but Brendan thought, back to the drawing board.  When I arrived at the house the next year on July 4th, 2021 he had multiple rockets he couldn’t wait to show me, there was even one that was 7 feet tall I believe.  This time it was going to be different, he had worked out the kinks he said.  I remember thinking this is nuts, but what if it works?  He kindled that excitement and joy and deadly fear in so many of us.  Sadly his rocket ended up being a dud, but he still had the time of his life.  Brendan, you were much like that firework in our lives, you were loud, you brought us joy and excitement, and sometimes you would scare us nearly to death, but in the end we have wonderful memories and some crazy stories to share and we thank you for that.  I love you Buddy! 

I have so many memories of Brendan throughout my life. He always made everyone laugh and he really was the life of the family parties. He loved us so much and it was so evident in the way he constantly came up with ways to keep us entertained. That kid had some wild ideas too. Of course with his Fourth of July dry ice bombs that we could hear all the way from the backyard. He also had the best cannonball out of everyone in the family. It was this cross legged, 360 spin, and kaboom! A couple of those and the pool deck would be flooded. As kids, we loved to sit on the edge of the deck and have him do his cannonballs and splash us. There’s so many things that I will miss about Brendan. His infectious smile and his hilarious laugh are two of the biggest things. I’m so proud that he was my cousin and I wish that I had spent more time with him in recent years. Brendan, we miss you so much and we wish that you were still here with us but we will keep your memory alive through the many many stories we have with you. I will definitely tell my kids how awesome and funny you were so that they know how special you were to me. I love you buddy! 

Brendan was my cousin , but I didn’t see him that way , I saw Brendan as my own brother, the bond that we shared was unbreakable and I would never let anybody get in between that , no matter what challenges we faced in our lives Brendan always reached out to me and made sure I was doing okay , when I was feeling down he would always lift me up and tell me something that made me laugh and smile and that’s what I call love 


Brendan was incredibly smart , always coming up with genius ideas and great business plans , every time I saw him he always had something new he wanted to show me whether that was something he built himself or something he was thinking about building , it always blew my mind on how intelligent Brendan was 


Brendan I love you and I will never forget the times we had together , the times of doing crazy things, for example almost blowing ourselves up on Gramie and Gramps porch trying to use an outlet to light a model rocket ,  the times we had of laughing so hard that it hurt , you always had something that made me laugh I will cherish those memories for the rest of my life 


I wish I could’ve had more time with you buddy , you will always be in my heart and I will never forget you  , you showed me Joy , you showed me happiness and most importantly you showed me love just like you did with everybody else 


 you will always be my bestfriend and I will never forget that, you had the biggest heart and you where always so good to me and I will never forget that , you left us way to soon and left a hole in all of our hearts but the love that you left behind is still here

Sit down it's gonna be a minute

As I watch you on social media my heart aches for you every single day.

I can only imagine the pain you're feeling right now.

All the anger all of the pain all of the emotions rolled together not knowing which to feel at one time.

I want to reach out to you every day. I want to put my arms around you lay your head on my shoulder and hug you as much as I possibly can to create a safe space for you to feel and express the emotions you're willing to.

Today will suck without a doubt.

Push through it and lean on the people around you they are there to support you.

I will miss you today but know that every moment of the next few hours you will be on my mind.

I will hold you up my friend I will very soon we will meet together and laugh and cry and be real whatever that may look like.

You are the best this is a struggle but do your best to push forward.

I love you with all my heart.


I pray for your soul Brendan and I know God has you wrapped in His arms and you're doing just fine.  We Love You, but God Loves you best.  See ya later Kid!

My favorite memories with Brendan were at our Grammies pool. He loved to swim during the summer and his favorite thing to do was cannonballs! I’m going to forever miss those awesome cannonballs and miss my second cousin who was more like a first cousin to me. He was family and we love him so much. Love you always and forever Brendan❤️ 

Brendan and Kevin were so close.  They loved to tease each other,  prank each other but most of all, spend time being brothers.

I have many memories of Brendan, but there is a special one I often think of.
When he was around 5 or 6 he had a Chutes and Ladders game. He would bring it out to play with me. He would cheat trying to win, for some reason I would win everytime. I would then tell him see it doesn't pay to cheat! He would not get upset but he wanted to play again!
I miss those times and will miss him. Rest in peace Brendan. ❤🙏

Brendan,  you have been the light of my life since the day you were born. I love you more than you could ever imagine.  Yours and my bond will never be broken. Your brother and I miss you so terribly. Your smile lit up the room. Your sense humor and zest for life was unmatched. You were so comfortable with who you were at such a young age and I admired you for it. Your brother and I have been left with a huge hole in our hearts, we are a trio, and without you we are broken. I have always felt so blessed that I was chosen to be your mom. I will love you forever my beautiful baby.
