Cathleen Mary Meadors Hall

Cathy Mary Meadors was born in Fresno and was a California Girl all her life. Cathy's family, with her father David, Mother Tina and Sister Kristy, were very close growing up. Cathy was a natural athlete in school and ws always asked to lead the P.E. Class in exercise. Cathy was very social and loved dressing up at Easter, school dances and was a full member of Joab's daughters in High School.

Cathy always wanted to be a Registered Nurse and went into the Nursing Program at Fresno State University following High School Graduation. Her family were so proud of her. She was only 17 years old when she was accepted. By the time Cathy was 20, she had her own nursing floor with fifty-five employees and on weekends Cathy was the top Charge Nurse for the entire 300 bed hospital.

Cathy met her future husband, Medical Physicist Jeff Hall, at the hospital. She married Jeff in 1981, and left all she had done as a Registered Nurse in Fresno for a new life in Los Angeles. Cathy continued her nursing career working as a teacher at Santa Monica Nursing College. She later worked at Los Angeles Children's Hospital and Disneyland. In 1982 Cathy was blessed with a beautiful daughter, Julie Kristen Hall. In 1984 Cathy was again blessed with a baby, Adam Lewis Hall. Cathy was the best mom and was very happy having Julie and Adam.

This year Cathy was so excited to celebrate 2025 Mother's Day at home, in Cypress, with her kids and grandkids. She received flowers, candy, magazines, coffee and slippers. Cathy was important to all of us. She thanked everyone and said this Mother's Day was the best ever!!!

Cathy passed away peacefully in her sleep the next day, on May 13, 2025. Her flaming hot Cheetos and her sunflower seeds next to her favorite corner chair.

A visitation for Cathy will be held on Saturday, May 31, 2025 from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm in the Westminster Memorial Park Main Chapel. Services that same day from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm in the Westminster Memorial Park Main Chapel with a graveside service to follow it the Westminster Memorial Park Garden of The Good Shepherd.
