Cesar San Jose Narshall, better known as “Cesy” or “Ger” short for “Manager”, died surrounded by his loving family on November 10, 2020.

Cesy is survived by his children, Jerrico (“Kooky”), Janice, Jayson, and John (“Boojay”); his daughters-in-law, Christine, and Rizza; his grandchildren, Lauren, C.J., and Karl; his brother and sisters, Goddy, Doodylyn, and Wilma.

Cesy was born in Kaingen, Bacoor, Cavite, Philippines on December 8, 1948 to the late Jesus Espiritu and Crisanta San Jose Narshall. He spent most of his life in the Philippines where he worked as a business manager in his parents’ company. Known for his charisma, Cesy married his first wife, Rosalina Rafael, who bore his first child, Kooky. Then after, Cesy married his second wife, the late Rosalina Soriano or “Rose” for short. Cesy and Rose had three more kids of their own, Janice, Jayson, and John.

Cesy with his indisputable charm, and sometimes grumpy demeanor was loved by many. Not only did he pride himself on being a great father but also being the best “Daddy-Lolo” he could be. Moving to the U.S. was a transition Cesy was not expecting, but he soon embraced being in a place new to him. He told with great pride to his friends back home about his new adventures and seeing his children live a happy life. He was a man of many words and always knew what to say when they were needed most. Equipped with an amazing singing voice, his friends dubbed him “the Filipino Sinatra”. He will be deeply missed by his friends, family and all who knew him.

Services are under the direction of Westminster Memorial Park Mortuary (714) 893-2421.
