Donna was born October 14, 1946 in Oklahoma City to Dale & Betty Riley. She loved spending time with her family.
Donna was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, Irvin, of 38 years; daughter, Darlene; 3 granddaughters Jamie, Brittany and Elizabeth; 3 great-grandsons Aidan, Finnegan and Issac, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 2, 2019 from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm in the Westminster Memorial Park Carolina Chapel with a graveside service to follow. Arrangements under the direction of Westminster Memorial Park, 14801 Beach Blvd. Westminster, CA 92683. (714) 893-2421
