Edward was born March 14th, 1930 to Eloise Thibodeaux Goller and John R. Goller. He was the youngest of 4 children. The family resided in New Orleans, Louisiana. Edward received his education of Mechanical Engineering at Tulane University in New Orleans. After graduation in 1953 he moved to California and worked for Boeing on rocket and plane designs.
He met and married Carol Taylor and together made a forever home in Westminster, California.
He is preceded in death by his wife Carol, his parents, John and Eloise, his sister Evelyn Authement of New Orleans, brother Thomas Goller of Texarkana, Arkansas, brother John Goller of New Orleans. Survived by a host of nieces and nephews.
Edward and Carol both loved to visit New Orleans and did so frequently.
Edward and Carol were lifelong enthusiasts in the international folk dance scene, and were well known dance teachers in Southern California. They participated in Scandinavian dance contests at home and abroad, and also performed Swedish set dances at public events for over 40 years.
