Floyd Nicholas Trebil

He joined the U.S. Navy in 1959. Served in Vietnam (Danang) from 1967 - 1968 (to the Navy hospital in Long Beach).

He joined the Naval Reserves from 1972-1976

then transferred to the Coast Guard Reserves where he stayed until 1993 when he had to retire due to medical reasons.

He retired with 30 years commitment to the Navy and Coast Guard.

He began working for the Orange County Sheriff’s Department in 1968 and retired in 1999. A 30+ year commitment

He is Survived by his wife of 53 years, Barbara Trebil

His daughter, Tammy Moran

His 4 grandchildren: Michael and Taylor Moran and Caitlin and Brittany Trebil

His 2 Great Grandchildren: Jameson and Colman Moran

and also his daughter-in-law and her husband: Jamie Trebil-Byrnes and Randy Byrnes

Funeral Services will be on Saturday, November 28th, at 12:00pm, at Westminster Memorial Park Chapel, 14801 Beach Blvd., Westminster, California.

followed by a graveside service at Westminster Memorial Park Cemetery, 14801 Beach Blvd., Westminster, California.

Services are under the direction of Westminster Memorial Park Mortuary.
