George Jackson Datria

Datria, George J., 73, an over forty year resident and business owner of Fountain Valley, passed away on February 9, 2010, after a long stay in the hospital. Born on October 7, 1936 in Los Angeles, Ca. George studied business at USC and drove delivery trucks for 7up during his early years. Later he established a life long career as an independent real estate broker. When he wasn't working, George loved deep sea fishing, traveling Europe, watching Nascar races and golf, in addition to spending time with family. He was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia and brother Jim, and is survived by two sons, two daughters, a second brother, two sisters, and eight loving grandchildren. A viewing will be held this Friday, February 12, 2010 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm at Westminster Memorial Park, followed by a service in his honor on Saturday February 13, 2010 at 2:30 pm in the Westminster Memorial Park Main Chapel.
