

Gloria Perez Gutierrez, beloved wife, mother, and friend, passed away on October 19, 2025, in Garden Grove, California, at the age of 66. She was born on June 2, 1959, in the City of Orange, California, to the late Camilo and Margarita Perez.
Gloria shared 32 wonderful years of marriage with her devoted husband, Felipe Gutierrez. Together they built a loving home filled with laughter, warmth, and music. Gloria was the proud mother of Joshua, Jacob, and Jocelyn, and also opened her heart and home to her nephews J.P. and David, whom she lovingly fostered.
A dedicated and compassionate woman, Gloria worked as a Program Coordinator in the non-profit sector, where she poured her heart into helping others. She also devoted over 15 years to volunteering at her church, where her kindness and faith touched many lives.
Gloria will be remembered most for her generous spirit and love of cooking. If you came to her home, you were always greeted with a warm meal and an even warmer smile. She loved sharing food, music, and laughter with family and friends. Her home was always alive with the sound of her favorite songs and the aroma of something delicious on the stove, often inspired by her favorite chef, Rachael Ray.
Those who knew Gloria would describe her as passionate, enduring, encouraging, and loving—a woman whose presence made everyone feel cared for and at home.
She was preceded in death by her parents Camilo and Margarita Perez, and her brothers Isaac, Joe, Emiliano, and Tony. She is survived by her husband Felipe Gutierrez, her children Joshua, Jacob, and Jocelyn, and her nephews J.P. and David.
Gloria’s life was a reflection of her faith, love, and dedication to her family and community. Her memory will live on in every meal shared, every song played, and every act of kindness inspired by her generous heart.
