He is survived by his wife, KimVan; their three children, Christine Huong, Victor Hieu, and Chantal Hien; seven grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, located at 14072 Olive St., Westminster, CA 92683, on July 12, 2025, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.
The funeral service will follow at the same location, beginning at 1:00 pm.
Interment will take place at Westminster Memorial Park, Mausoleum of Eternal Light, 14801 Beach Blvd., Westminster, CA 92683, on July 12, 2025.
