Jack Lodell Fordyce of Huntington Beach, California passed away on October 20, 2015. A visitation will take place on Monday, October 26, 2015 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm in the Westminster Memorial Park Main Chapel. A second visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 27, 2015 from 9:30 to 10:30 am followed by the service at 11:00 am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Huntington Beach, California with a graveside service to follow at Rose Hills Memorial Park in Whittier, California.
