Today is the 4th of March, 2010. Time goes by so quickly. I know that Don, Jeremy's father is grieving greatly for Jeremy. So are we here in UTAH. We keep Jeremy and his family and Don in our thoughts and prayers every day. Love to you all!!

It has been 2 months since Jeremy's passing. His Mom is so grateful for all the kind people. She is taking great care of Sophia and Denim. Denim is having a hard time. But the Lord is with all the family and giving many healing blessings!  We love all of you!! 

Jeremy was always an awesome person and a great friend to me. I met him when I first moved to Tustin years ago, and as neighbors we had an immediate bond through music. He was always inviting and friendly with an awesome sense of humor to match. Jeremy would often look after me like an older brother would, and I genuinely felt I could talk to him about virtually anything. He even referred me to a great job at one point in time. This news really shocks me and I’d like to send my love and condolences to his children and to all of his family and loved ones.

I still can't believe my best friend is no longer here physically. It's crazy how we navigate through life crossing paths with many people. Some become friends, associates, and others like Jeremy become family/brotha from anotha motha like we use to refer to each other. I'm privileged to have had a true friend like him in my corner for 20 yrs. Jeremy was always there thick n thin and likewise. My family and I will never forget all the great moments and memories we created together. I'm going to MISS YOU DEARLY. Until we meet again my BROTHA! REST IN PARADISE!!🙏🏼

My dear friend Jeremy it’s still so surreal. We became friends in his school and kept in touch ever since. I became a widow and a few years later you did so yourself. Through that loss we created a bond and always checked in on one another. You helped pick me up when I was down and I did the same. You were an amazing father and friend who will truly be missed by many. May you rest in paradise. 

As a baby Jeremy was best didn't cry alot ate like horse was most angel ever from heaven.beautiful baby growing up was always curious asking questions to gain knowledge big hearted kid heart of gold.very loving happy go lucky!always positive,very anxious to learn new things remember him laying new italian tile in ma's Irma living RM kitchen dining  pantry bath very good with his hands.best daddy in world his two bambinos gone way too early at only 37,
I will miss my best friend/son beyond words.he was my whole world Loss of a son one Nevers gets over,we will be together one day in eternal life.

We met in high school and shared our passion for the Raiders. We always connected through that passion for our team! Our last conversation was about how bomb your turkey looked and how impressed I was. I enjoyed seeing you raise your kids and putting smiles on their faces. Like everyone else, I was in complete shock! You were goofy, an OG and great friend to many people. You will be missed!  Heaven gained a good one! RIP my dear friend. 

When our friend Jose Romero passed, Jeremy was the first one to give me the biggest, best hug at the services.  We talked about how surreal it was, but also how we had to appreciate life and keep in touch with those we care about.  When he lost his kids' mom, I reached out to him, having been widowed myself.  He wanted to make sure the kids had the best life & that they would remember their mom.  He excelled at that.  I hope they know that their dad was loved, and he loved them more than anything in the world.  

You were definitely ONE OF A KIND! still so unreal that you are gone, but I am SO GLAD I had a chance to meet you. I will FOREVER cherish the memories you left me behind with..... 
I cannot help to cry knowing I will never see you again! 

Thank you for ALL the memories, ALL the laughs, ALL those crazy ideas we would come up with, ALL those nights that turned into some horrible hangovers .... but most of all thank you for being YOU!

My brotha! Words cannot explain the void I've felt since finding out that you're gone, my heart hurts, not only because you were my best friend but for the pain I see in everybody elses faces. You were definitely one of a kind! I will always treasure every conversation we had, every laugh we shared, and all the advice you have given me. My day in/day out friend, I miss our daily laughs, I miss our random jokes, I miss hanging out & all of the above. I hope you know you have always been appreciated & loved by all of us, your family, your kids & your true friends. I want to say I thank you for everything you have done for my family & myself, you'll live in our memory forever! R.I.P Jeremy, I love you!

I'm Ann Cook Birch, Jeremy's fraternal auntie. Jeremy was a sweet soft spoken kind man. In his eyes he is like Irma his Mom. The rest is "Pure Cook."  The Cook men are short a little stocky and have dark hair. Hence Don his Dad. We will miss him deeply. But we know he is free from demons, heartache, stress, and the heavy heavy burden of raising his kids alone. You can enter Heaven, Jeremy knowing it is said if you, "A JOB WELL DONE.
