Jessie S. Delgado of Westminster, California passed away on July 23, 2011. A visitation will take place on Thursday, July 28, 2011 from 10:00 am to 1:30 pm at Westminster Memorial Park. Jessie is survived by her husband Frank Delgado, three sons, one daughter, 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Services will be on Thursday, July 28, 2011 at 2:30 pm in the Westminster Memorial Park Main Chapel with a graveside service to follow.
