Joe Darrell Kitchen, age 79, of Westminster, California passed away on Monday, March 13, 2023.
A funeral service will occur Thursday, April 6, 2023 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at Westminster Memorial Park Mortuary. A celebration of Life will immediately follow the funeral service at Joe & Connie's residence in Westminster.
