Kathy as I think

The way you enjoyed the food I prepared
for you and how you called me not
by name, but by saying “Assistance Please”
with such politeness.
The times we spent watching
the little squirrel outside your window
enjoying the peanuts you so
generously provided.
Memories of Fiel (aka Fuzzy) on your
lap, time spent watching sports on TV
and an occasional movie.
Thank you for allowing me to be a part
of your life, 
I will miss you.....

Those we love don't go away,
They walk beside us every day,
Unseen, unheard, but always near,
Still loved, still missed and very dear.
