I had the great fortune to be Mark’s freshman team coach, and on staff all three years he played varsity ball at Marina High. He was a wonderful human being who came from a great family. His hitting prowess was so advanced that years later the great Tony Gywnn, asked me about Mark, calling him one of the best hitters he'd ever seen.  Heaven has one awesome baseball player and a wonderful human being.

What I do remember about Mark is that he had the biggest heart and cared so much for his friends & family,  I was so lucky to have the opportunity to Play baseball with Mark, it was a privilege, and since I was one of the lucky ones, being able to take my game to another level, Mark consistently kept me focused, always tuned into my performances. 
I am so sorry I didn’t hear about Marks passing. Please accept my condolences.

Michele and family, please accept our condolences.  Mark was such a great guy, so kind.  I enjoyed talking to him and George when they came to clean my carpets over the past 20 years, catching up on politics and family.  Also remember the first time we met 24 years ago at our sons first t-ball practice.  It was a pleasure knowing him.  

God Bless you, Joel, Daniella and extended family during this difficult time.
