I am deeply saddened to just find out that my good friend Mike passed away.  I met Mike in 1980.  I have such good memories of him.  My favorite one was when we ran into each other in Las Vegas in 1983.  He
was a funny guy, had a good heart, and was always positive.  Over the years, we kept in touch and would have lunch once in awhile.  I always called him "Michael" and he said I was the only one that did.  I miss our telephone conversations about life and catching up.

I will never forget you Michael and the special friendship we had.   Rest with the angels.

My condolences to his family and loved ones.  He was a special man.
